Shipping & Returns

At Sculptos, each order is carefully inspected prior to
shipment. We are working hard to ensure our candles and home décor pieces are
high quality. In case of any issues with the orders, we are taking all
reasonable actions to ensure our customers are satisfied.

RETURNS

 ____

Due to the nature of our products, used candles or homeware
cannot be returned or refunded.

However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic
proof of damage is submitted to us within 3 days of delivery. If 3 business
days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a
refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and
in the same condition that you received it. You may return your unused product within 10 days of
purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or
missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
We do not offer returns due to scent, color preferences or mistakes in the
ordering process for which we are not at fault. 

 

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send
you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are
approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business
days.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us a message.

SPECIAL ORDERS & WHOLESALE

These provisions do not apply to special orders and
wholesale transactions. We do not accept returns for special orders or
wholesale orders and will only issue a refund or replacement if an item arrives
damaged from transit. 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
